Opportunity Overview
- Collaborate with functional leaders to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for South Asia, China and Taiwan.
- Monitor quarter end results and prepare appropriate journal entries to ensure revenue and expenses are recorded properly.
- Prepare quarterly internal reporting package for the regions and key performance indicators (KPI).
- Prepare quarter end variance explanations for the internal management financial package.
- Consolidate Asia reports for Asia SEG director management
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures to support the team.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

- Strong qualitative and quantitative skills, with demonstrated experience using data to drive decision making.
- Prior experience working with tight deadlines and demonstrated responsibility for accuracy and timeliness for work performed.
- A team player and work cross-functionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel required
- Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Adaptive preferred
- Process improvement focus.
- Quarterly travel to Taiwan is needed
- A Bachelor’s Degree in either Finance or Accounting is required
- 5+ years of financial planning and analysis preferred
- Good English skills.
