SITE LEAD O&M - JAVIERA

We are looking for a SITE LEAD O&M - JAVIERA, for an On-site technical position that supervises the Contracted O&M Provider and has knowledge of the site, equipment, and items impacting site performance, operating conditions, and other items to maximize value and reduce risk.
What challenges will you face?
- Participate in the daily meeting with the site team to review the daily plan and inspect PPE and ready-to-work resources.
- Work with the Site Team to evaluate the site conditions that may reduce production: soiling, vegetation, DC health, inverters, and tracker orientation.
- Use Helios with the site operator to check and correct low-production string boxes.
- Inspect the quality and quantity of the executed works according to the maintenance program.
- Report incidents and operational failures to the O&M Manager.
- Collaborate in the development of root cause analysis of incidents and operational failures.
- On-site inspections with stakeholders such as H&S, ESG, or others, including Security, Lender Audits, etc.
- Verify the proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate and/or minimize risks in the plant.
- Warehouse management, including inventory, spare parts, and warranty claims.
- Support technical training on SCADA, H&S, Equipment procedures, and policies
What specific knowledge do you need?
- At least 5 years in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree – Electrical Engineering or similar
- Live in Diego de Almagro, Chañaral, Copiapo, or near the PV plant
- Power Bi
- Python(desirable)
- SCADA (desirable)
- Auto CAD (desirable)
