We are seeking a candidate residing in any city in Chile, with experience in active sales and fluency in Spanish and Ukrainian or Russian at a communicative level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and promote business growth in the assigned region.
- Achieve planned sales targets.
- Identify and engage new clients.
- Ensure timely and full payment of invoices and monitor clients' compliance with contractual terms.
- Organize meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as attend industry exhibitions and events.
- Conduct market research in the "Beauty" sector to optimize sales strategies.
- Visit points of sale in the assigned territory.
- Transparent motivation system (base salary + sales commissions + KPI bonuses).
- Work in a dynamic international company.
- Continuous support from colleagues and management.
- Engaging tasks, business trips, and participation in trade shows.
- Partially remote work in a home-office format.

- Fluency in Spanish and Ukrainian (or Russian); knowledge of English is a plus.
- At least one year of experience in active sales.

- Result-oriented, self-organized, and communicative personality.
