What You Will Do

• Collaborate across teams to enhance the UX of existing software products, improving usability and reducing analysis timelines.
• Design new software products, creating user-centered experiences and innovative user flows for seamless goal achievement.
• Improve and innovate customer-facing deliverables, ensuring high-quality, impactful, and consistent visualizations and reports.
• Conduct UX research to identify pain points and usability issues, guiding product design and leading usability testing.
• Establish and evangelize a consistent design system, promoting user-centered design principles within the software team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience creating or contributing to design systems.
• Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe design suite.
• Proficiency in designing for desktop applications.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining design systems.
• Strong verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

General Salary Range
For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
