Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality of production.
Duties

• Perform setup and adjustments on machinery as needed to maintain production efficiency.
• Utilize hand tools and calipers for precise measurements and quality checks.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven 2 year's experience as a Machine Operator within a food environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the workplace.
