We are looking for an administrative representative for our Lendcare subsidiary to deliver exceptional service to our partners across Canada. Working within our Partner Support team, this is a business-to-business role to help assist Lend Care partners with any questions. The successful individual would have a customer service and an office admin background and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for administrative support to partners.
Coordinate and process partner agreements and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Update and maintain partner records in the company's CRM system.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to partners.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve partner issues promptly and accurately.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures

Requirements:

At least a 1 year of experience working customer service, sales, or admin roles
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in high paced work environment.
Experience in working with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
Ability to speak French would be an asset but not required
Availability to work fulltime, permanent in our office in Pickering, ON

Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:

Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP

Schedule: Shifts vary from 9:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am-5:00pm Saturdays.
