Applications are invited for a Medical Office Assistant position in the office of Dr Matthew Anderson, ophthalmologist at the Ivey Eye Institute, St Joseph's Health Care London. The successful candidate will perform medical secretarial work, medical assisting and scribing.

Duties include:
- performing administrative duties relating to managing the front desk
- complete preliminary patient checks, including recording the history, medications, conducting visual acuity assessments (training is provided)
- assisting the physician and managing clinic flow
- inputting data into the Electronic Medical Record
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- located currently in Canada
- intention to pursue a career in this position

- Medical Administration diploma or higher level education

Immunization requirements:
