Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing daily operations at the gas station. This role requires a understanding of our Petro Canada Loyalty programs.
Duties

• Greet customers warmly.
• Operate fuel pumps and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including the convenience store area.
• Upsell products in order to drive sales.
• Be able to present our loyalty programs to our guests in order to get them to become Petro Points members.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional experience for all customers.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with attention to detail in cash handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage tasks during peak hours.
• Strong upselling skills to promote additional products effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
