Position Overview
- You will support your and lead your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of menu items in accordance with all Leo’s standards and assist your direct kitchen manager
- You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard in food safety
- You will be consistent and organized.
- You will be expected to cook, prep, clean, and do whatever it takes to ensure the kitchen runs like a (very clean) well-oiled machine and able to work a couple late night shifts a week (2:30AM latest)
- You will be responsible for opening/closing and assistant managerial duties depending on your shift times
- You will keep up to date on Leo’s specials, practices and communication with managers
- You will delegate tasks, manage staff hours (cut times) and assist with scheduling and ordering
- You will be responsible for ensuring every item served are to Leo's brand standards of quality and specification.
- You will make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN!
