What will you do?

• Market Research and Insights Generation: Supports research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities within the home comfort industry.
• Product Innovation Process & Projects: Assist in managing the product innovation pipeline by supporting ideation, market validation, and cross-functional coordination. Track the stage gate process, schedule monthly meetings and document actions and project status. Lead the development of specific new products or services.
• Special Strategic Projects and Ad-hoc Analysis: Participate in and provide support for ad-hoc strategic projects, including market assessments and pilot programs to test and validate new business ideas.
• Data Analysis and Insight Identification: Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to create insightful reports that inform business strategy. Collaborate with analytics and other departments on data and reporting.
• Support for Strategy Development: Support the Manager on annual strategy development, providing key insights and analyses to support data-backed recommendations.
• Collaboration and Cross-functional Support: Work closely with teams in product management, sales, finance, digital marketing and communications to align insights and analysis with broader business initiatives. Support the needs and development of the Commercial B2B product portfolio and marketing initiatives.

What do you bring?

• Postsecondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field and equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or strategy role, ideally in a consumer-oriented industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to present insights and recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in reporting and presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; work related utilization of Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Ability to investigate trends and propose creative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the interest to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
