All about the role:

Our sales teams have a holistic approach when doing business with our customers, exploring and leveraging the consumer journey with focus on in-store and e-commerce conversion, in order to generate value in each stage, both for the consumer and the company. And our Commercial Controllership teams support this process by offering financial advice, working within a criterial and collaborative approach to allow Electrolux Group to reach even better results.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Pricing & Revenue Management Specialist, you will lead the implementation of our pricing structure for the D2C sales channel across Latin America. If you have good organizational and analytical skills, can manage heavy impact projects, want to communicate and collaborate with others, and you can adapt quickly and decisively to changes in your environment, this position is meant for you! Help Electrolux Group keep delivering outstanding consumer experiences, and we'll help you fly higher than ever before.

In detail, you will:

• Run, end-to-end, the implementation of Pricing Solutions for our D2C Sales Channel for the whole region of Latin America, actively participating in RFP process, system design, implementation and roll-out;
• Organize, coordinate and validate the different steps and activities of the testing process for new pricing initiatives that will be deployed;
• Act as a key person to support local businesses after projects go live;
• Assess and prioritize new projects for the region, supporting the creation of a long-term roadmap, focused on Price Excellence;
• Oversee pricing rules and changes at a regional level, ensuring business standards and compliance;

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or related fileds;
• Consistent background in project management through directly leading Pricing projects;
• Solid deliveries as a Pricing expert, with proven contributions in e-commerce based companies;
• Advanced English;
• Spanish is a plus.
