The Project:
Valtech is a global digital agency that empowers businesses through cutting-edge technology and innovation. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to assist with defining requirements for e Commerce and ERP integration projects. This is a critical role requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of system processes and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to understand, articulate, and document project objectives, goals, and technical requirements.

• Define and validate requirements for e Commerce and ERP integration projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Facilitate user flow discussions, guiding teams in understanding order flows and system dependencies.

• Document user stories in JIRA, ensuring they meet the Definition of Ready (Do R) for development teams.

• Review and communicate system implications and dependencies, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

• Lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders to define and refine user flows.

• Work in alignment with Pacific time zones to collaborate effectively with teams in the US, Canada, and Australia.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e Commerce and ERP integration projects.

• Strong understanding of order flows and ERP systems.

• Proficiency in documenting user stories and managing tasks in JIRA.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to guide teams in understanding system processes, user flows, and technical dependencies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.

• Availability for Pacific Time Zone work hours to collaborate effectively with teams across the US, Canada, and Australia.

About the role:

• Working hours: 40 hours per week.

• Primary location: Remote in Brazil.

• Duration: 4 months (it can be extended)
