As our global portfolio grows, we are looking for a Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) service & maintenance specialist to join our WTG package team.
Your role:
As a WTG service & maintenance specialist, you will develop and build large-scale offshore wind farms in Europe and beyond as part of a core project team. You will focus on developing and implementing strategies of service and maintenance activities of our future wind turbines.

As our global portfolio grows, we are looking for a Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) service & maintenance specialist to join our WTG package team.
Your role:
As a WTG service & maintenance specialist, you will develop and build large-scale offshore wind farms in Europe and beyond as part of a core project team. You will focus on developing and implementing strategies of service and maintenance activities of our future wind turbines.
- Define and implement service and maintenance contracting strategies for offshore wind turbine generators.
- Conduct market research and engage with industry actors (original equipment manufacturers, service providers, logistics partners, and harbor authorities) to design the service setup of the windfarm.
- Regularly update operational cost (OPEX) forecasts in line with the service concepts.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, including drafting Request for Proposals and conducting contract negotiations in collaboration with contract managers.
- Prepare the internal organization and identify (human) resources needs for the execution of the service and maintenance activities.
- Identify potential risks and develop associated contingency plans.
- Identify and Manage interfaces between the different service and maintenance lots, ensuring a smooth integration and clarity in the scope of service.
- Collaborate with operations & maintenance teams to identify and capture synergies with balance of plant maintenance activities.
Your profile:
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in onshore/offshore wind or gas turbines operations and maintenance.
- Understanding of marine environments and risks associated to working offshore.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and contractors.
- Quality and Safety mindset with knowledge of QHSSE legislation associated with construction projects.
- Fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken (other languages are a plus).
- Motivated team player, diligent and possess a high integrity.
- Pro-active and problem-solving attitude who combines theory with practice.
- Proven ability to manage your own workload and meet demanding timelines.
- Willing to travel regularly in Europe and beyond.
