Keystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager / Test Coordinator to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for all software projects
• Coordinate and manage all testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage and identify potential issues
• Define and track testing metrics and report on testing progress and results
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams to resolve them
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes and tools
• Mentor and train team members on testing best practices and processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or coordination role
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Experience with test management tools and automated testing tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
