Sales Development Representative

Overview:
Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and a talent for building relationships? We're on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive our growth to new heights!

What does an Sales Development Representative at Expleo do

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Contact and qualify potential customers by performing cold calling
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
  • Maintain and monitor Sales platform in order to respond in a timely matter to clients needs and support sales team initiatives.

How we imagine our future Account Manager

  • You have a first experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or other customer-facing role in the Tech sector.
  • You have a passion for entrepreneurship and a keen interest in business development.
  • You are proactive, strong-willed, dynamic and results-oriented.
  • You are a gifted communicator and the achievement of results motivates you more than anything else
  • You enjoy a stimulating work environment and are not afraid to contribute ideas to make a difference.
  • You have a Master's degree in business related fields or engineering
  • You speak English fluently, French and Dutch are a plus.
