  • You are passionate about helping law firms that aim to grow by digitizing and professionalizing their processes.
  • You identify prospects and ensure that you and NORRIQ are always top of mind with them.
  • You detect high-quality business opportunities and advise prospects with expertise and commercial flair, aiming for sustainable client relationships.
  • You manage the entire sales process: you maintain control over project identification and creating proposals for both new clients and extensions with existing ones, with support from our Business and IT experts.
  • You successfully bring contract negotiations to a positive conclusion.
  • You report to the Sales Manager, maintaining short communication lines to quickly follow up on prospects, clients, and sales projects.

  • You’re an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong interest in sales and the digitalization of business processes.
  • You’re a bridge-builder and connector who knows how to establish long-lasting relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • You are persistent and gain the most satisfaction from closing deals.
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, or similar fields.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role with a clear understanding of business processes.
  • You have a strong affinity with the legal sector and show a clear understanding of their challenges.
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a significant advantage.
  • You speak Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
