Project Manager

Location: Belgium - on-site once a week, work from home 4 days a week - at critical points of the project, you may be required to be on-site more often
Salary: up to €75 000
Full-time permanent contract
Language Requirement: Dutch (Fluent), with French as a strong advantage

5V Tech are working in partnership with a close client of ours, located in Belgium, which offices across Europe.
They are seeking a Project Manager with a strong engineering background and a passion for infrastructure projects to lead the charge in delivering innovative EV charging solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Leadership: Oversee small to medium-sized EV infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) to manage infrastructure-oriented tasks, not product development.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with challenging internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
• On-Site & Remote Collaboration: Manage and execute technical requirements both on-site and remotely.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing project management processes and practices within the team.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in project management, ideally in infrastructure or EV charging projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, autonomous, and motivated to work in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment.
• Strong Dutch language skills (fluency required), with French as a plus.
• Availability to visit sites and offices in the Flanders region once a week.
