Your mission:
As Product Owner, you will be dedicated to one of our main business lines (E-commerce or POS Acquiring) and will be responsible for driving the whole lifecycle management of our solutions. Your mission:
As Product Owner, you will be dedicated to one of our main business lines (E-commerce or POS Acquiring) and will be responsible for driving the whole lifecycle management of our solutions. This role will be an opportunity to showcase your deep understanding of the payments industry, technological expertise, and your proven track record of successfully managing complex products.

End-to-End Product Ownership
- Own the product's technical and operational performance, ensuring seamless delivery and operation.
- Act as the point of contact for day-to-day interactions with atomic teams, driving team alignment and execution.
- Lead the roadmap planning process, create Epic-level and Story-level alignment, and prioritize problem-solving efforts.

Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Co-lead atomic engineering teams.
- Oversee team ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, acting interchangeably as a team lead with the engineering counterpart.
- Guide stakeholders toward optimal solutions while ensuring team alignment and delivery success.
- Prioritize resource allocation, manage dependencies, and oversee implementation decisions

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance teams for end-to-end service delivery.
- Engage with external partners, including clients (e.g., agents, distributors), technical service suppliers (e.g., gateways, processors), and financial partners (e.g., acquirers, schemes, banks).

Process Optimization and Documentation
- Define and document End-to-End service delivery processes.
- Establish and maintain product discovery processes and roadmaps for atomic teams.
- Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, Metabase, and Google Suite to track and optimize team performance.

- Brings at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within the financial services or fintech sector. Prior experience in the payment industry is the cherry on top.
- Feels comfortable working in a highly complex technical environment.
- Takes ownership on their product line to autonomously get valuable insight, follow-through on projects and to meet all objectives and deadlines.
- Strives for collaborative work with cross-functional teams in an international and multicultural environment.
- Is a natural-born problem-solver and decision-maker.
- Is familiar with Confluence, Jira, Metabase, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office tools
- Is fluent in English.
- Shows excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels and manage stakeholders.
- Is adaptable and resilient, thriving in managing priorities in a fast-paced, scale-up context.
