Maintenance Technician
Location: Ollignies, Belgium
Salary: €2900 – €3500 Per Month + 50% for nights
TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire maintenance technicians for a flagship site base in Ollignies, Belgium. These technicians will perform preventive, reactive, and scheduled maintenance on site machinery. You will also use your electrical and mechanical skills to ensure the distribution facility operates efficiently and at full capacity.

Shift Schedule:
2 Shift Operation
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00

• 150% allowance for “special hours” (between 20:00 – 06:000, overtime hours and Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, reactive, and scheduled maintenance across the entire site, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated retrieval systems, conveyors, storage, and picking systems.
• Report work details and breakdown information into a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Provide exceptional maintenance support for systems installed at the client’s site.
• Maintain and care for machinery and work areas.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in either electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in any kind of maintenance and open to learning about new systems.
• Authorization to work in Belgium
• Ability to speak English
