• Administrate proper, timely and end-to end administration of all insurance policies issued worldwide
• Data collection and preparation of policy documents (for new business and business renewal)
• Compiling information and reports for both internal and external customers.
• Participation in various IT projects depending on business
• Coordinate a set of international insurance programs working together with internal and external stakeholders
• Instruct the international network with necessary information to issue local policies being part of a large international insurance program within agreed timeframe and quality
• Review and process policy changes, and update entries to policies

• Junior college (“graduaat/graduat”) or equivalent
• Knowledge of / Experience in insurance administration is a big plus, but not necessary.
• IT minded: ability to adopt new systems easily and good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communicator and fluent/native in English. Understanding of Dutch/French is a big plus.
