Role: Java & Angular developer
Location:Leuven, Belgium
Type: Full time
hybrid 2-3 times a week in the clients office
Key responsabilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Java and Angular.
- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between systems.
- Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy and manage applications effectively.
- Debug and optimize code to enhance performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when necessary.
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and Angular (latest versions).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Solid knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, Java Script) and responsive design principles.
- English (C1 level) + Dutch (C2 level)
Preferable Skills:
- Familiarity with relational and No SQL databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
- Knowledge in version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
