Export Sales Administrator - Belgium
Site based role in Kampenhout, Near Brussels Airport
Circa €45000 - €55000 + excellent benefits (including private health and dental care for you and your family, and enrolment on the company's annual profit scheme)

This is a key role for a US based machinery company, where you will manage the import and export of machinery and machine parts across the whole of the EU, plus the UK & deliveries to the US. You'll have a lot of autonomy, collaborate across borders, making a real impact in terms of customer service and overall business efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and manage sales quotes, contracts, and export documentation with precision.
• Ensure compliance with U.S., EU, and UK export regulations.
• Work with global sales reps, customers, and finance teams to keep processes running smoothly.
• Support innovative trade show setups and implement process improvements.

What Makes You a Fit:

• A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and solving problems proactively (you will obviously get full training on company systems and ongoing support).
• Someone with strong attention to detail with a knack for getting things right the first time.
• Advanced Excel and business maths skills, with experience calculating margins and creating reports.
• Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you’ll be communicating with teams and clients worldwide.
• 3+ years of export sales administration experience and a passion for international business.
• Bonus: Fluent in Spanish, Italian, or German.

Please bear in mind that your application cannot be considered if you do not already have strong experience in import / export administration / documentation work across a number of countries in the EU and to and from the UK and the US

The role is based in a brand new unit in Kampenhout, which opened earlier this year. This is a new role created for the new site. Similar positions operate in the UK and US.
