Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Amaris Consulting is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Belgium. This role offers an Undetermined Duration Contract, providing stability and growth opportunities. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components, ensuring our projects exceed industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems to meet client specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and reports for effective communication.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients for timely project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues using analytical skills.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, prioritizing safety and quality.
• Utilize CAD software and programming tools (e.g., Eplan, Auto CAD) for accurate designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance processes.

About You
You are a motivated Electrical Engineer with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Your experience includes:

• Proficiency in CAD software and programming tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in multidisciplinary teams.
• A deep understanding of industry standards and a commitment to compliance.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
