Category Management plays a pivotal role in our business by making informed decisions to optimally meet our consumer demands and needs.

The Role

As a Category & Innovation Management Intern you will:

Conduct market analysis to understand trends and consumer preferences in the beer industry and how this has an impact on our portfolio
Manage assortment planning, working out the adequate portfolio tailormade to the shopper base of the retailer
Follow-up on the launch of new innovations in the beer category
You will be doing this on one hand by joining the daily routines of the other team members and on the other hand by fully owning your own project(s)
As an intern, you will be working together with the team in our office in Leuven on a daily basis

Who are we looking for?

We are in search of an individual with a robust analytical mindset and proficient knowledge of MS Office
An enthusiastic intern with a genuine passion for the beer industry, who thrives in a collaborative team environment
We seek someone who possesses a proactive approach, is unafraid to take initiative, and has a proven track record of accomplishing tasks efficiently
The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, working with precision and taking full ownership of their responsibilities
Interest in operating within the fast-paced FMCG sector is a definite plus
Availability for a minimum of 3 months starting in February / March 2025
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, as the internship will be associated with their academic curriculum
Fluency in either French or Dutch, along with a strong command of English, is required
