Summary:
Guardsquare is looking for a passionate campaign specialist to help our global team with their marketing campaigns and activation plans, including campaign design, build, preparation, execution, and evaluation. You will work to support analytics, SEO, paid media, content management, lead management, webinars, and more. Together with key global and local stakeholders, you will manage marketing processes and practices to reach business goals across a number of channels.
Responsibilities:

• Support execution of multi-channel marketing programs focused on expanding our footprint within our customer base as well as driving net new customers
• Set up of all marketing emails, newsletters and organic social media within Hubspot
• Research and propose new channels for awareness and demand generation programs in support of achieving program goals
• Support management of marketing partners such as our SEO vendor, digital platforms, etc.
• Research and propose relevant influencer partnerships and programs
• Work across the extended marketing team to ensure campaigns and program assets and deliverable timelines are achieved
• Partner with Marketing Operations to support timely reporting on campaigns, ad hoc and monthly metrics
• Build and manage activation programs for key assets
• Assist with organic social media strategy and planning
• Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to ensure marketing nurture emails are continually refreshed and current

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Desire to learn new skills; growth mindset
• Analytical thinker with an interest in digging into data and making strategic recommendations based on campaign metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-motivated, results-driven, enthusiastic, team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Hub Spot or a similar marketing automation platform a plus
