- structured management of documentation and compliance with internal procedures
- processing and managing requests and orders through various systems
- actively searching for materials and tools to support operational needs
- accurate recording and monitoring of inventory
- managing and monitoring digital dashboards
- good management and follow-up of cleaning activities
- coordinating and managing waste processing procedures
- developing and documenting new procedures for operational efficiency
- maintaining an up-to-date safety register
- follow-up of interventions
- managing and monitoring safety inspections and comments from recognized bodies
- experience in a similar administrative role
- good knowledge of Word & Excel and experience with Sharepoint
- knowledge of Power and Power BI is a plus
- accuracy and attention to detail
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proactive and solution-oriented work attitude
- good knowledge of Dutch and basic knowledge of French, both spoken and written
