Job Opening: IT Coordinator
A leading manufacturing and trading company in Bahrain looking for an experienced IT Coordinator to join the team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. ERP Management: Client installation, training, support, and development (preferably EPICOR).
2. SQL Expertise: Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries, stored procedures, and jobs.
3. Report Generation: Using SSRS to create, execute, and deliver reports.
4. Server and Workstation Maintenance: Administering and troubleshooting servers and 100+ workstations in a LAN environment.
5. Email Security: Configuring and maintaining anti-spam solutions like SONIC WALL.
6. Backup Configuration: Setting up backups via EXEC20 utility on tape and external hard drives.
7. License Management: Ensuring timely renewal of software licenses.
8. User Support: Assisting users with MS Office, scanning, printing, and other issues.
9. Service Management: Handling service requests, software installations, new setups, and upgrades.
10. Access Configuration: Setting up shared folders and managing access privileges for departments.
11. Active Directory Support: Maintaining Active Directory and managing group policies (DHCP, DNS).
12. Device Setup: Installing and configuring laptops and desktops.
13. Social Media Management: Creating and maintaining company social media pages.
14. Website Maintenance: Keeping the company website updated and functional.
Qualifications:
Strong IT background with relevant experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively.
