About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Coordinator role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Family.
Duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Ensure efficient and effective purchasing products and services of superior quality for Spa as per specification.
- Coordinate with purchasing officers and head of department for specifications for their requirements.
- Ensure that received goods and service as per standard required by them (Ensure follow up with pending purchase order).
- Ensure that all vendor reference files & quality control systems are maintained in order to ensure that all the vendors maintain quality & hygiene standards (supplier Performance Report and Health & Hygiene Report) and action accordingly.
- Monitor daily supplies for both professional and retail outlets
- Conduct market survey, for checking the market conditions in order to get the best benefits to the Spa & hospitality service.
- Communicate with existing suppliers as well as to look for new suppliers as per departmental requirement
- To ensure all internal requirements for administration of HR, training and quality are monitored, met and actioned.
- Coordinate and communicate on daily basis with HR department
- Assist HR department in preparation of monthly reports related to payroll
- Provide administrative support for the Spa Director and the management team within the spa.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience within office environment, preferably with an international luxury hospitality company.
- Worked within large-scale spa surroundings.
- Qualification in Office management, Skilled in Word and Excel systems.
