Job Title – Board Secretary (Licensed)
Department – Legal, Head Office
Applicants must be licensed by Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB).
Areas of Responsibility

• Board Secretary: Organize board meetings, maintain corporate records, ensure governance compliance, and act as a liaison between the board and management.
• Legal Counsel: Provide legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, draft and review contracts, manage disputes, and mitigate legal risks.
• Compliance: Develop and enforce internal policies, monitor regulatory adherence, manage audits, and address compliance risks.
• Investor Relations: Communicate with shareholders and analysts, ensure transparency in financial reporting, and manage investor inquiries and relations.

Requirements
Applicants must be residing in Bahrain, licensed from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), and possess relevant qualifications and local experience to be considered for this role.
