Job Title – Catering Manager
Department – Catering (Operations)
Job Summary
Providing an optimal level of service to individual and corporate clients requesting catering services, understanding needs, and anticipating potential challenges with simple solutions. Adept at fulfilling client requests by efficiently allocating resources in collaboration with internal departments. Proficient in the application of food and beverage handling and preparation procedures.
Responsibilities
Developing sales strategies, measuring revenue growth, team and customer relationship management, initiating marketing and promotions, budget management, event planning and execution, collecting evaluations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and preparing all necessary documentation, analysis and reports.
Skills
Exceptional customer relations and service skills, detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective delegation and problem-solving, advanced analytical and reporting skills, and experience with local suppliers and vendors for event organisation.
Requirements
Candidates must reside in Bahrain with a valid driver’s license and possess relevant Catering and F&B experience to be considered for this role.
