• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring business alignment, preparing short to mid-term plans for approval, and addressing deviations for continuous improvement
• Optimize production cycles and sourcing decisions through scenario analysis to maximize profitability
• Identify and drive profit improvement initiatives
• Support Head of Product Asset Management & Supply Chain CES with commercial guidelines and pricing approvals
• First contact point for tactical decisions on planning and business execution

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Fluency in English and German at business level
• 8+ years of experience in commercial, business, operations or supply chain
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to enable fact-based decision-making and robust business case development
• Strong attention on number accuracy and good understanding of P/L principles
• Proven expertise in S&OP, with experience across different steps of S&OP process, ideally combining business, supply chain and finance know-how
• Master on usage of data analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP (afo)
• Resilient to stress, fast paced, adaptable to uncertainties
• Good influencing skills, being able to simplify complex situations for clear communication and decision-making
