Hardware Quality Assurance, full or part-time (f/m/x)
Focus on data analysis

What's it all about?

• You are responsible for the preparation, handling and coordination of hardware quality meetings: you analyse data, interpret the results and work continuously on improvements
• You coordinate customer complaints using complaint management tools relating to product and process quality issues with a mechanical or electronic background
• You drive quality issues in an international environment and form the active link to relevant interfaces
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and product quality
• You support, monitor and drive the further development of our Operations Quality Assurance System

What are we looking for?

• You have an education in the field of electronics, mechatronics or similar
• You have initial professional experience in quality management or are willing to continue your training in this field
• You have extensive knowledge in the evaluation, interpretation and presentation of data; you are confident in using Microsoft Office programmes, Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• You are characterised by strong communication and coordination skills
• You like to work independently and in a structured manner and use your systematic thinking and problem-solving skills in a targeted manner
• You have a good command of German and English
