Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team, supporting the CETS infrastructure environment. This role is based in our Vienna office, offering a mix of onsite and remote work, with initial onsite collaboration to facilitate team integration and knowledge sharing. The team currently comprises three skilled engineers, and you’ll work closely with them to ensure the stability and scalability of our infrastructure.

Your Role:
You will contribute to the stability, growth, and enhancement of our infrastructure, ensuring it supports business and technical needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Enhancing and maintaining the CETS infrastructure, including Citrix Xen App, server OS (Windows & Linux), hardware, storage, backups, and compliance (PCI, SOC, GDPR).
• Collaborating with product and development teams to meet capacity, functionality, and performance requirements.
• Deploying, maintaining, and decommissioning server hardware, including Cisco UCS infrastructure.
• Providing operational support for test, pre-production, and production environments.
• Planning and executing infrastructure changes to align with growth and support requirements.
• Managing service requests, troubleshooting, and vendor relationships for hardware acquisitions and maintenance renewals.

What You Bring:

• Experience: At least 4+ years in a similar role (7+ years preferred).
• Languages: German proficiency at C1+ (Austrian-German highly preferred) and strong English skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with Cisco UCS server hardware.
• Proficiency in Citrix Xen App, VMware virtualization, Windows, and Linux OS.
• Familiarity with managing vendor partners and maintenance contracts.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with technical teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and take ownership of projects.

• Hybrid Model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, offering flexibility after the onboarding phase.
• Remote Flexibility: Employees have 180 days per year to work remotely, with the freedom to decide their onsite schedule beyond initial integration.

Pay: 60.000,00€ - 75.000,00€ per year
