For our Financial & Legal Services Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

Inhouse Counsel, 75 - 100% (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• With your legal expertise, you advise the organization worldwide on business law issues (e.g., contract law, integrity and compliance management, questions related to digital content such as AI or cloud services, data protection, real estate, R&D, etc.) and consult with our external legal experts as needed
• Together with your team, you monitor legislative changes at the national and international levels and coordinate their implementation within the organization
• You drive process improvements in the areas of contract management, legal risk management, and compliance
• You actively support the growth of OMICRON in various (international) interdisciplinary projects and will occasionally lead these. This includes the establishment of new companies, acquisitions and strategic cooperations, site expansions, development of new business models, etc.
• You share your expertise through internal training sessions or professional exchanges with your internal colleagues, enabling them to independently address legal issues

What are we looking for?

• You have successfully completed your studies in law or business law
• You already have relevant professional experience in business law from your previous work in a company or a law firm
• You have a basic understanding of business administration; a completed education in this area is a plus
• You work independently and precisely, are proactive, and convince with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• You are used to communicating in German and English in a professional context
