Our team of highly skilled, long term, technicians have been trained to work across multiple brands of water filter systems. We sell, service and repair all types of filtration systems and related products.
We are searching for plumbers to join our team. Previous experience in water filtration products would be a benefit but we provide full training to candidates who are keen and willing to learn our processes and procedures and work with our team to deliver our unique service.
We have a centrally located boutique showroom and offices/workshop in Subiaco and well equipped fleet of service vehicles. We have an excellent reputation in our field and we mobilise our technicians quickly and efficiently which in turn, means that Water2water staff members are always dealing with ‘happy customers’.
We are Certified to a number of ISO Standards provide a professional, safe and healthy working environment.
This role is relatively ‘clean’ ‘light’ plumbing and service work and a great fit for someone who enjoys working both with a team and autonomously and who is able to supervise when required. The role may also suit someone who is wanting to continue working in the industry but without the stress of owning their own business in this vibrant new industry and with the option of a 4 day week doing relatively ‘light plumbing work’.
Tools, uniforms, vehicle and phone are all provided.
Training is provided.
About the role
The role includes but is not limited to:-

• Servicing, repairing and installing multiple types of drinking water filtration systems and associated products.
• Participating in ongoing training, workshops and tool box meetings
• Providing a very high level of customer service
• Completing inductions
• Some travel to regional towns as and when required
• Problem solving and liaising with manufacturers
• Conducting site visits to make recommendations
• Completing asset captures
• Recording information, keeping accurate records.
• Following all processes and procedures to maintain a healthy and safe workplace
• Overseeing and supervising various works

Skills and experience
The successful applicants should have the following key skills :-

• Certificate III or equivalent qualification. 3 years experience can be used in lieu of qualifications plus a minimum of 2 years work experience is essential
• Demonstrate an excellent record of providing a very high level of customer service
• Be able to problem solve
• Have the ability to work as a team member and to supervise
• Be keen to improve their skills by attending workshops and training
• Be of a neat, smart appearance and take pride in their workmanship
• Possess a current drivers license and current Police clearance
• Be happy to have any Govt mandated vaccinations and Health Dept recommended Flu vaccinations.
• Possess a current White or Blue Card
• Above all have a strong set of personal values such as honesty and integrity.
