Are you ready to join an awesome crew and contribute to the efficient functioning of a key facility in the energy sector? We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse and Support Officer to join our team at the Wallumbilla LPG Plant to service all of our facilities at Surat.

Key Purpose of the Role

As a Warehouse and Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Roma, WLPG, and SSP stores. You will perform various administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure a smooth workplace and high level of customer service.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure receivables and stock issues are current and accurately entered into the system.
Purchase stock items according to Purchasing Policy and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Implement and review maximum/minimum stock levels and complete stock-takes periodically.
Maintain the physical layout of stores per Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines.
Provide progress reports to the Supervisor and assist with customer enquiries, maintaining a positive image.

Qualifications, Key Skills, and Experience Required

Excellent customer service skills, responding promptly to enquiries in a helpful and courteous manner.
Experience in stock and inventory management, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
Good organizational skills with the ability to coordinate business or administrative support operations.
Flexibility, reliability, honesty, and commitment, along with a willingness to learn new systems and procurement knowledge.
Current High Risk Forklift Licence and Queensland ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence.
