About the role
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics operations for Independence Australia, handling picking and packing with efficiency and care to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction every time.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently pick and pack orders to meet national KPIs, ensuring accuracy, organization, and a safety-conscious approach to customer satisfaction.
- Accurately receive and process goods against purchase orders, updating the ERP system in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team while working independently to complete tasks, ensuring smooth operations across all warehouse areas.
- Assist with the annual stocktake and regular spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
You are someone who possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and have the ability to efficiently pick, pack, and process orders in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to have the following:
- Willing to work the afternoon shift between 2pm to 10pm
- 100 points of identification
- 2 references
- Ability to pass both a police check and a medical assessment
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in warehouse.
