The opportunity
You will be joining our community at an exciting time! We have re-imagined our programs and in 2025 we are launching a new product suite and a new, innovative education model. Learn more about our new modular learning model here.

You will be part of the team supporting our students engaged in modular learning.

We are looking for a Timetable Officer reporting to the Manager, Administration Support. You will:
  • be the liaison between The College and the Western Sydney University Timetabling team facilitate the creation of student-centred timetables for our pathway programs.
  • collaborate with stakeholders to plan and allocate tasks for timetables, staff and student allocation, exam schedules, and room utilisation.
  • review and update timetables, policies, and procedures, and analyse data to make informed recommendations.
  • communicate with staff and students about timetable changes and provide support for timetable-related issues.

About you
You are:
  • a dedicated professional with a relevant higher education qualification or experience in student administration and/or timetabling.
  • a strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • someone who pays attention to the details and is highly organised with strong planning and time management skills.
  • an analytical thinker and problem solver.

The location
This position will be based at The College’s Nirimba (Blacktown) Campus, although travel to other campuses may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.

Remuneration package: Professional Staff Level 6 $104,055 p.a. (comprising Salary of $91,536 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement.
