Support Workers/Personal Carers to join our dedicated team.

build their skills and achieve their goals. We offer a range of services, including:
- Personalized Disability Support to meet each individual’s unique needs.
- Accommodation Support (SIL, MTA, STA) to help participants live independently.
- Skills Acquisition Programs to support career development and capacity building.
- Assist Travel and Transport to help with mobility challenges.
- Community Participation for social, civic and group activities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker/Personal Carer, you will:
- Deliver personalized care and support in line with each client’s goals.
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks and mobility support.
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping and medication administration.
- Support clients with their community involvement and social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of support provided.
- Ensure adherence to NDIS policies and person-centered care principles.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Support Worker, specifically in disability services (mandatory).
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transport.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Manual handling training (preferred).
