The Opportunity:
Come and join our team! We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our house opening in Glen Huntly and work at our already established house in Camberwell. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Providing support in everyday daily activities around the residence
Providing support with hygiene and personal care
Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
Work according to clients Behavioural Support Plans

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience as a Disability Support Worker
NDIS Clearance - You must already hold a valid NDIS Clearance to be considered for this position
First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
Experience managing behaviours of concern
Manual handling experience

What shifts are we offering:

Mon - Sun - 7am-3pm
Mon - Sun - 3pm-11pm + sleepover
Mon - Sun - 5pm - 9pm
