About the role
Assist in the provision of a high quality nutrition and food service to patients/ clients of Caboolture Hospital by coordinating daily operations, supervision of the Food Service Officers, implementation of ongoing quality improvement activities.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Participate in the Nutrition and Food Service Management Team and function as an effective team member.
• Undertake a range of administrative and operational duties as part of direct duties, or to assist staff. This may include: menu work, the plating line, food preparation, stock rotation, trolley delivery to wards, dishwashing etc.
• Assist with ensuring the compliance of Caboolture Hospital Food Services with food hygiene regulations and practices.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the department's security procedures.
