About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Account Manager to join our Respiratory team, covering Western Australia. Reporting into the National Sales Manager – Respiratory, you will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your territory. You will provide a consistent, science led and value-added service for Respiratory clinicians that promotes best treatment outcomes for patients with COPD, Asthma & risk of RSV.

Your role will be varied and will include:

• Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growth
• Clinically differentiate GSK's Respiratory portfolio as the preferred option for appropriate patients
• Ensuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicines
• Working in partnership with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectives

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Significant experience in a hospital specialist position is essential, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment
• Experience with and knowledge of the Respiratory therapeutic area will be beneficial
• Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders
• An aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format
• A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills.

• A Bachelor's degree (Biomedical, Science, Business, Sales)
