Job Description:
Vault Minerals are currently seeking a suitably experienced Site Administrator to join the Processing team at King of the Hills in the Eastern Goldfields. Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support to the operational team.
This role is offered on a 8/6 4/3 roster with adhoc visits during shutdowns - FIFO from Perth.
Key responsibilities will include:

Monitor the Processing Administration inbox and co-ordinate site travel and accommodation, organising site IT access, clothing and PPE, sending welcome email and booking inductions
Manage the onboarding requirements for shutdowns, including onboarding and accommodation; this may require some roster flexibility at times, depending on shutdown timings
Raise requisitions as required and work with the Accounts Payable team to ensure that all invoices for goods and services received are processed in SAP within agreed time frames and as required.
Ensure minimal disruption to operations by maintaining an adequate level of personal protective equipment, stationery and other essential consumables.
Prepare relevant presentations, reports and data for the Processing Manager by diligently collecting and combining information from a variety of sources and ensuring accuracy prior to distribution.
Ensure the efficient operation of the Processing team by maintaining records, document control, library management, registers, files and ensuring accessibility for relevant personnel.
Provide support to optimise the team’s capacity to meet business requirements by managing the Processing rosters, leave, flight and accommodation requirements
Assist the site administration team where the need arises.
Always act in a manner that seeks to enhance the safety culture and performance of Vault Minerals and ensures that the Vital Behaviours are adhered to at all times

Key factors to your success include:

High Level experience in using SAP, In Flight, In Control. Pronto experience is also well regarded.
Experience in managing charter flights & loading manifests
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mine-based office administrative role
A minimum of intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills essential
Valid and current ‘C’ class manual WA driver’s licence
