Osprey Supplies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Hawthorn team. Specializing in aluminium windows, doors, sunrooms, and cabinets, this is an on-the-road role that offers autonomy and flexibility to manage your weekly schedule.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities across Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and road visits.
- Process purchase orders, interpret engineering drawings, and identify required products.
- Accurately input product orders into company software and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Recommend suitable Osprey Supplies products based on customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers, delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain and expand customer accounts to create sales growth opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Osprey Supplies products to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with installation, administration, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with a background in building, engineering, trades, or sales.
- Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-driven and autonomous, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven experience in a trade-based or sales role, with a consultative approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring positive outcomes for clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and industry standards.

- Salary: $49,781.14 – $122,611.28 per year (including incentives).
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
