Techforce is currently seeking Experienced Rigging Supervisors for upcoming shutdowns with rosters reaching up to May 2025.

Days and Night shifts available.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Supervision of various Teams including Riggers, Technicians and more in a mine site environment
• Safety conversations and promoting a leading safety culture.
• Scheduling and rosters
• The ability to be hands on with troubleshooting and diagnostics.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with (but not limited to):

• Experience supervising both trades and non-trades in a mine site environment.
• An understanding of continuous improvement along with a solid understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental factors
• Exposure to Safety policies and procedures

To be considered you must have (or be willing to obtain):

• National High-Risk Ticket - Advanced Rigging
• Confined Space and Working at Heights
• White Card
• National Police Clearance
• Supervisory experience especially in a Heavy lifting environment
• Section 44 leadership training
• Australian Working Rights - Passport or Australian birth cert
