Now, we’re searching for a hands-on Assistant Venue Manager to join our passionate team and help create memorable moments for our guests.
About you:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hospitality
1 year of supervisory experience is preferred
Passion for Italian food and an understanding of Italian cuisine is preferred
Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
Thrive within a fast-paced environment
Available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including nights and weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Driving team culture, join us in building our community and welcoming everyone to the family!
Setting, implementing, and reviewing services to a high standard
Inspire, develop and train a high energy team of front of house staff
Supervise and manage the floor to assist in delivering high quality service to guests
Handle nightly cash procedures and end of night reporting

Experience:

Restaurant Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)
