The role of Recruitment Support Officer will see you working from our Victoria Park head office and will be involved in assisting Recruitment Specialists to deliver a high volume of trades-based candidates to our engineering and construction services across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Processing a high volume of candidate onboarding and mobilisation requests to multiple sites throughout WA (BHP, Rio Tinto and others).
Conduct reference checking and booking pre-employment medicals.
Review, book and coordinate employee qualifications and training to ensure compliance is

met.

Adhere to tight timeframes and moving deadlines to ensure project requirements are met.
Maintenance of personal information and compliance in Recruitment Database (Avature).
Provide high level of candidate care and service to ensure a smooth, timely and professional

onboarding.

Ensure employee and internal stakeholders are updated on mobilisation dates and

requirements.
