We will provide you with the training to do the rest.

What a day looks like?

Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival.
Answering telephone promptly and responding to all enquiries.
Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art systems.
Determine and inform our patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival.
Manage and prepare appointments to maximise efficiencies for the clinic.
Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients.
Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims.
This is a full time 14mth Contract working shifts between the hours of 6.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday based at our practice at Rockhampton Base Hospital.
