Your Role: Luxury Retail Security Officer
As a Luxury Retail Security Officer with Challenger Security, you will:

• Be the Face of Luxury: Make customers feel safe and welcome and be part of their superior shopping experience.
• Safety First: Maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers, ensuring their well-being.
• Vigilant Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on retail operations, deter any suspicious activities, and respond promptly to incidents.
• Informative Reporting: Provide detailed insights to senior management regarding potential and actual threats to the business.
• Team Player: Collaborate within a highly successful team environment.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
• Police Check (Issued within the last 60 days).
• Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards.
• Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills.
• Physical fitness to fulfill duties / able to stand for long periods.
• A Friendly and Welcoming Customer Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills.
