The Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Kitchen Leader who knows their way around a conveyor belt pizza oven and can flip burgers like a pro. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team, showcase your skills, and have a blast while making amazing food.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
• Preparing and cooking pizzas using a conveyor belt oven and crafting delicious burgers.
• Inspiring and training a young, enthusiastic team.
• Overseeing stock, food prep, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Working closely with management to innovate and improve our menu.
• Maintaining a fun, upbeat kitchen vibe while keeping efficiency at its peak.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in pizza making (conveyor belt oven experience required) and burger preparation.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for great food.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Someone eager to step up into a leadership role and grow with us.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping cool under pressure.

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Public holidays
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

• Penalty rates
